Responsibilities

  • Handle technical support questions via our ticketing system.
  • Handle server monitoring tickets and configure new servers.
  • Will be responsible for handling the customer support/enquiries on chat, email and calls for our product/services.
  • Keep track of requests and make sure they are implemented as planned
  • Handling technical issues/server issues through chat/call support
  • Domain, Hosting Management, Server Management, configuration, renewals, Basic Troubleshooting, Monitoring, Backup and Email configuration.
  • Collaborate with other team members daily to achieve a satisfactory resolution to customer issues

Requirements

  • Required 1 year of working experience in IT support handling
  • Possess good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Technical experience preferably in WordPress
  • Have a good attitude – should be committed to the work
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
