For web design, development & maintenance, and marketing & branding, all payments and deposits are non-refundable. Website hosting fees are also non-refundable, and hosting billing cycles continue until a cancellation notice is received. SEO and online marketing payments, including setup fees, are non-refundable due to their resource-intensive nature. Please ensure you understand our policy before making a payment.
To ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction, we have developed a cancellations and refunds policy that promotes a mutual understanding between our clients and our company.
Our projects are carefully organized into stages, with each stage meticulously planned and outlined. This approach minimizes the likelihood of cancellations, disputes, or reversals by ensuring all parties involved have a clear understanding of the project requirements.
In the event of a mutual agreement to terminate a project, the client will gain ownership of all completed work, and any future payments for further development will be nullified. Any advance payment made towards the project can be adjusted based on the progress made up until the mutual termination.
Once the client approves mock-ups and we proceed to the design phase, refunds for payments will not be provided.
Partial refunds are not available for projects that are midway through a critical phase.
Our company’s marketing department may offer special occasion services that are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled due to their limited duration.
While SEO or digital marketing services are non-refundable, clients can cancel their subscriptions by providing written notice at least 30 days before the cancellation date.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for deposits or payments made if a project is abandoned or remains inactive for more than 30 calendar days.
